My Time Clock Graph allows you to work at your own fitness level while encouraging you to progress to higher levels. Beginners start at 30-60 seconds per exercise, Intermediate is 60-90 seconds per exercise, and Advanced is 90-120 seconds per exercise. The music is timed to each exercise to provide rhythm and motivation to make each exercise work for you so you can see results quickly.
