Our trainers help you as best we can with your questions about general exercise and better eating habits. These are recommendations, not prescriptions. With your one year membership you can e-mail your Certified Personal Trainer between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm (EST), Monday through Friday. E-mails received after hours will be answered within 2 business days.
